Our spot is Flat No-102, over in HIG 1/7, Sector-2, Ghaziabad. It is a residential area mostly, so it stays quiet enough for us to get things done without too much noise. Rvbts Solutions LLP is just a small operation. We did not want a huge office in a mall or some expensive commercial tower. Working out of a flat is more comfortable and it keeps the costs down for everyone. We deal with various technical solutions throughout the week. There is a small balcony where we take breaks and get some fresh air. Most of the time, it is just two or three of us sitting with our laptops. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves instead of for a big firm that doesn't care about us. Ghaziabad is a very busy place, but our little corner in Sector-2 is okay. We do not have a secretary or anyone like that. If the phone rings, whoever is closest to it picks it up and talks. It is not a formal place at all. You will not see anyone wearing a suit here unless they have a wedding to go to after work. We just focus on solving the problems our clients bring to us. Sometimes the neighbors wonder what we are doing with all those computers, but we just explain it is work. We do not use big words. We just fix things.
