We are based at Plot No. K.A. 454 in Sector-12, Pratap Vihar. It’s right here in Ghaziabad. Rungta Homes LLP isn't a massive corporation with a glass tower. We are a small team working out of a practical space. We spend our days dealing with the realities of building in this city. It’s a lot of dust, noise, and constant movement. My brother and I run the place, and we are usually the ones you’ll see at the site. We don't have a fancy marketing team to write nice things about us. We just know how to get houses built. Some days are tough, especially when the supply chain breaks down or the heat is too much for the workers. We don't make big speeches about our values. We just show up and do the work. The office in Pratap Vihar is mostly for the boring stuff like billing and permits. We prefer being out where the actual building is happening. Ghaziabad is a crowded place, and finding good spots to build takes a lot of effort. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep things organized. It’s a simple business, really. We aren't looking to be the biggest, just to do a decent job and stay local. That’s how we like it. We hope to stay here for a long time.
