Rsons Infratech Private Limited is based out of L-460 in Sector-12, Pratap Vihar. It’s a fairly quiet spot compared to some of the main markets, but it’s a good base for what we do. We’ve been here for a while, dealing with various infrastructure and tech-related projects around Ghaziabad. The setup is pretty simple, just an office where we get the planning done. Sector-12 is a familiar neighborhood for us, and being part of the Pratap Vihar community makes the work feel a bit more personal. We aren't trying to be some giant company that nobody can talk to. Most people who know us just see us as the local guys working on development projects. There is always something to be done, whether it’s checking on a site or sorting out the logistics of a new job. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a team of people writing fancy brochures. We just rely on the work we’ve done and the people we know in the area. Things in the infra world can get complicated with all the regulations and paperwork, but we just take it one step at a time. It’s practical work for practical people. We like being in this part of town because it’s central enough to get anywhere we need to go fairly quickly. The office is just a place to hang our hats and keep the business running smoothly day in and day out, making sure things get built right.
