Rochash Solutions Private Limited is based out of Ram Park Extn in Loni. Specifically, we are at E-1048 in Nanda Colony. It is a local neighborhood in Ghaziabad and being here feels very grounded for us. The streets around Nanda Colony can be a bit narrow and it definitely has that lived-in feel you only get in this part of town. We have been working out of this spot for a while and the neighbors mostly know who we are by now. There is no big sign or flashing lights outside our door. It is just a regular place where we show up, turn on the lights, and start our work for the day. Sometimes the power goes out or the street gets noisy, but that is just part of being in Loni. We keep our desks organized as much as possible but things tend to pile up when we get really busy with tasks. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood throughout the day, which keeps things from feeling too quiet or lonely while we work. The 201102 area is where we have our roots and we do not see that changing anytime soon. It is a simple setup with just enough room for the team to sit and focus on the work at hand. We do not spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders as long as the work is getting done. It is an honest way to spend the week.
