If you go over to Vijay Nagar, you will find us at Rms Computers. We have been set up here for a good bit of time now. The shop is filled with cables, monitors, and parts from old and new machines. It is the kind of place where things might look a bit disorganized to an outsider, but we know exactly where everything is. People come in with laptops that will not turn on or desktops that are running way too slow. We spend our hours looking at screens and testing motherboards. It is quiet work mostly, punctuated by the sound of fans whirring. Vijay Nagar is a busy area with a lot of students and families, so there is always someone needing a repair or a specific cable they lost. We do not have a team of receptionists or a shiny lobby. You just walk in and talk to whoever is behind the counter. We handle the hardware and the software stuff without making it sound more complicated than it is. Sometimes a fix takes ten minutes, sometimes it takes three days depending on what is broken. We just try to be honest about what can be done. It is a small operation, and we like it that way. We are just local guys who understand how computers work and enjoy fixing them for the people around here. There is always something new to learn in this business, which keeps us busy every day.
