We are Rishikul Bizpark & Infra-Developer Private Limited, and you can find us at 2/17, Oak Road, in the Windsor part of Shipra Suncity. Being in Indirapuram means things are always moving fast. Ghaziabad is a busy place, and this area is no exception. Our office is tucked away in the 201014 area. It’s a decent place to work, though finding parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We focus on bizparks and general infrastructure. It’s a lot of juggling different tasks. One hour we’re talking to architects and the next we’re dealing with electrical contractors. We try to keep a level head even when things get hectic. The Windsor area is a nice landmark for people trying to find us. We’ve been at this for a while now, and we’ve seen Indirapuram grow into what it is today. Our team isn't massive. We’re just a group of people who know how to get things built. We spend a lot of time on the phone and even more time on site. We don't use much fancy language because at the end of the day, the work has to speak for itself. We're just trying to provide functional spaces for businesses to thrive in the city. If you stop by, you'll likely see us buried in blueprints or arguing over logistics. That's just a normal day for us here. We don't have a mission statement, just a lot of work to do.
