We are over at 10/3 on Gul Road in the Sunciti area of Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. It’s a busy part of town and there’s always something happening right outside our door. RISHAV INFRACONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED has its base here, and we’ve grown quite accustomed to the noise and energy of Ghaziabad. The office is where we handle all the management side of the construction work. We have a few desks and a lot of cabinets filled with blueprints and contracts. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is. Most days start with a lot of phone calls to suppliers and site supervisors. Indirapuram is a fast-paced area, and we have to stay on our toes to keep up with everything. We often have people coming in and out, like delivery guys or workers needing instructions. It can get a bit hectic, especially during the middle of the week. We don't have a fancy waiting room or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us hunched over our desks or talking loudly into our phones. We try to be honest about what we can do and how long it will take. Construction is full of surprises, and not always the good kind. We just deal with the problems as they come and try to keep our projects moving forward. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do.
