We are based in the Chawla Complex at A-215, P No.6, on the ground floor. Right Spot Search And Consulting (Opc) Private Limited is mostly about helping companies find the right people for their teams. It’s a lot of phone calls and looking at resumes all day long. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to drop by, though we usually prefer if they call first so we can actually have a seat ready for them. The office isn't very big, but it fits what we need. We spend a lot of time talking to folks about their careers and what they’re looking for next. It can be tiring, but it's interesting to hear everyone's story. We don't use any fancy systems or secret formulas. It’s just about listening and trying to see if someone fits a role. Chawla Complex is a busy place with a lot of other businesses around us. It gets noisy in the afternoons when the shops are in full swing and people are moving about. We’ve been doing this for a bit now, just trying to make sense of the job market which seems to change every week. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there. We just want to get the search right so everyone is happy with the result. It's a straightforward way to work, and it keeps us busy enough throughout the week.
