Our place is at H-0104 in Fortune Residency, which is on the first floor. We are situated right by NH-58 in the Rajnagar Extension area. If you look around this part of town, you will see new buildings and construction projects everywhere you turn. We deal with land and building work, so we are right in the center of all that activity. Being on the first floor makes it easy for people to just walk up and see us. We don't have a fancy front desk or anyone in a uniform. Usually, it is just one of us sitting there with a laptop and a bunch of property maps. The highway outside is always noisy with trucks and commuters, but it stays fairly quiet once you get inside the residency gates. We chose this location because it is close to the plots we are working on. We talk to a lot of people who are looking to buy land or start their own small building projects. We try to be as direct as possible about what is available and what the costs look like. Some days we are stuck in the office doing boring paperwork, and other days we are out in the dust at a new site until it gets dark. It is a lot of running around, but we enjoy being part of how this area is changing. The Rajnagar extension has grown so fast lately.
