Rhombe Systems Private Limited is tucked away in Shibbanpura 556, right here in the Ghaziabad area. Most people around the 201001 zip code probably pass by without noticing us much. Our office isn't anything to brag about, just a functional space where we handle different system tasks throughout the week. It gets a bit noisy during the day because of the local traffic, but we are used to it by now. We are a small group and we’ve been working together for some time. There are a few desks, some tangled wires under the tables, and a small area where we keep the kettle for tea. It’s a bit cramped when everyone shows up at once, especially on Monday mornings. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive signs. We just have our name on the door so people know they have the right place. Most of our time is spent looking at screens and trying to figure out technical problems that come up. Being in Ghaziabad-Ghaziabad, we see a lot of the same faces every day. It feels like a normal part of the neighborhood. We don't have a big corporate ladder or anything like that. Everyone just does what needs doing. Sometimes the internet slows down when it rains, and we just wait it out or talk about the news. It’s a practical way to run a business without all the extra stress that usually comes with it. We’ve been at this for a while now and it suits us fine.
