Rgsr Devinnovations Private Limited is located right in Indirapuram, specifically at GK-I/233, SF-3. It’s a bit of a climb up to the third floor but you get used to it after a week. Rakesh Kumar’s place is where we set everything up. Indirapuram is always busy and loud, which keeps us awake during the long afternoons. We do a lot of development work here, though we don't call it anything fancy. It is mostly just figuring out how to make things work better on the computer. The office isn't very large, so we all know what everyone else is doing at all times. Ghaziabad can get really hot in the summer, so we usually have the AC running full blast while we type away. We are not some big corporate firm with hundreds of employees. We are just a small team trying to do things the right way without a lot of fuss. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad, which is a blessing in this part of Uttar Pradesh. We like the neighborhood because there are plenty of spots to grab a quick tea or some snacks when we need a break from the screens. It’s a straightforward operation here. We just show up, do the work, and try to keep our clients happy with what we build. There are no fancy meetings, just honest effort every day.
