We've been working out of our office at Express Green Plaza in Vaishali for a while now. It’s located in Ghaziabad, right at B-3. Most of us here at Ratrico Developers Private Limited are locals who know the streets around 201010 pretty well. It isn't a fancy setup, just a desk and some chairs where we handle the daily paperwork. Building things takes time and we try to keep things moving along without too much fuss. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when everyone is in at once, but we manage. We deal with the usual construction stuff that comes up in Uttar Pradesh. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and checking on sites. It's busy work. People stop by the plaza to ask about projects and we just tell them how it is. No point in making things sound more complicated than they really are. We just focus on the job at hand and try to get home on time. The weather here can be a bit much in the summer, but the office stays okay. We've seen a lot of changes in Ghaziabad over the years. Being based here in B-3 keeps us close to where everything is happening. It's a straightforward way to run a business, just dealing with what needs to be done each day. Nothing more to it really. It’s a simple life for us here in the plaza.
