Raj Pipe

You can find us over at Plot No. 108 in the Praksah Industrial Estate. If you know where the Aradhna Cinema is, we are right across from it. The yard is usually full of pipes of all different sizes, so it can look a bit cluttered. It's a busy spot with trucks coming in and out most of the day. There are days when the noise from the cinema crowd makes it hard to hear, but we've gotten used to it over the years. Raj Pipe isn't a huge corporation, just a few of us making sure orders get loaded correctly. We spend most of our time out in the sun or under the shed when it rains. The gates stay open from early morning until late afternoon. Sometimes we forget to sweep the front area, so there might be some metal shavings around. We've been in this industrial estate for a long time. It’s a practical location for us. Customers usually just pull their trucks right up to the gate. We don't have a receptionist, so you might have to shout for someone if we're in the back. The ledger is kept on a wooden table in the small shack we call an office. It works for what we need. It's just a straightforward place for pipes and loading. Not much else to say about it really. We just show up and do the job every day. It gets dusty but we manage.
