R Navnidhi Technocraft Private Limited

We are R Navnidhi Technocraft Private Limited, based at E-166 in Assotech The Nest, which is in Crossing Republik. It’s a residential complex, so our office has a very different feel compared to a high-rise in a city center. It’s more relaxed and feels a bit more like a home. We have set up our workstations in a way that allows us to focus on the technical side of our business. This mostly involves designing and building things on our computers. We don't have a big staff, just a few people who know their stuff. Crossing Republik is a nice area because you have everything you need within walking distance. We often go out for a quick walk if we get stuck on a problem. Inside the office, it’s mostly just the sound of keyboards and the occasional phone call. We don't have a dedicated receptionist, so we just take turns answering the door or the phone. It’s a very informal way of working, but it works for us. We don't use any fancy business talk or try to sound bigger than we are. We are just a small team of technicians who like working in a quiet setting. It keeps things simple and lets us focus on the actual work instead of office politics. We have been here for a while and we plan to stay for the foreseeable future.
