R K Chauhan Communication & Travels is located on Main Bir Bazar Road in Azad Vihar, which is part of Khoda Colony. This area is incredibly busy. If you have ever been to Bir Bazar Road, you know how much is going on there. There are people everywhere and vendors selling everything you can imagine. Our shop is right in the middle of that noise. We handle travel bookings and communication services. The office is small and simple. We have a couple of desks and some chairs for customers to sit while we look up their tickets. The walls are decorated with some old travel calendars. It is not a high-end travel agency with glass walls. It is a local shop for the people living in Azad Vihar. We have been here in Khoda Colony for years. We know the rhythms of the market. We know when it is going to be crowded and when we can finally take a break for lunch. The shop gets a lot of light from the front, but it also gets all the noise from the street. We do not mind it because it means there are people around. We help people with their travel plans and try to make things easy for them. It is a basic operation. We do not have any fancy brochures. We just talk to people and get their work done. It is our daily life here.
