Pure Renovation Contractors Private Limited is located at M-118, U.G.-4, in Sector-12, Pratap Vihar. As the name suggests, we do a lot of renovation work, but we also handle general contracting. Being in Ghaziabad, we see a lot of old buildings that need a bit of new life, and that's where we usually come in. Our office isn't anything special. It’s a functional space where we keep our tools and samples of tiles or paint. We spend a lot of time visiting people’s homes or commercial spaces. It’s a bit of a messy business, renovation is. You never really know what you’re going to find behind a wall until you start tearing it down. We try to be honest with people about what’s possible and what isn't. We don't use a lot of sales talk. We’d rather just show you what we’ve done before. It’s a small team, so you usually end up talking to the same one or two people every time you call. We like it that way because it keeps things simple. We’ve had our fair share of long nights trying to finish a job on time. It’s hard work, and your back usually hurts at the end of the day, but it’s satisfying to see a place look better than when we started. We’re just a local crew trying to do right by our neighbors.
