We are located in Sector 2 of Rajender Nagar, in a place labeled F-1 on Plot 1/16. It is a busy neighborhood with a lot of movement. Most of our day is spent looking at resumes and talking to people who are looking for jobs. We sit in a room that is basically just desks and chairs with a few partitions in between. It gets a bit noisy when three people are on the phone at the same time, but we manage. People come in for interviews throughout the day, so there is always someone new sitting in the waiting area, looking a bit nervous. We try to make them feel okay, but it is a busy office and we have a lot to get through. The street outside is usually crowded with cars and delivery bikes, so it can be hard to find parking if you are visiting. We have a small cooler for water and a printer that jams at least once a day. That is just how it goes. Most of the work is just matching what a company needs with what a person can do. It is a lot of reading through lists and making notes on legal pads. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls. We just have a calendar and a clock that is five minutes fast.
