It’s a bit of a trek if you aren't from this side of town, but we’ve been here long enough that it feels like home. The office is pretty basic. We have some maps on the wall and a few desks that have seen better days. Raj Nagar is a developing area, so there is always some construction noise or something happening nearby. We don't mind it; it reminds us that things are moving. We are a small crew. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just handle the infrastructure projects that come our way. Most days involve a lot of checking schedules and talking to contractors. It’s not always glamorous. Sometimes we are out in the sun all day, and other times we are stuck inside doing the boring billing stuff. We try to keep it simple. If you walk in, you’ll probably find us mid-conversation about a project or trying to fix the printer again. We don't put on airs or pretend to be something we aren't. We are just local people working on local plots. That is the way we’ve always done it, and it seems to work out okay for everyone involved. We just keep our heads down and get the job done without making any big fuss. The office floor is a bit uneven and the front door sticks sometimes, but it's home.
