Property Syndicate

Property Syndicate is based at Plot No F/197 in Sector 3 of Vaishali. We are up on the 2nd floor, and if you are looking for us, we are quite close to CPS School. You can often hear the school bell or the kids playing during recess, which gives the area a very local, lived-in feel. The office itself is quite basic. We have a few desks and some chairs for when people come by to talk about property. There are usually a few maps of Vaishali pinned to the walls so we can show people exactly where things are located. We spend most of our time going through local listings or meeting with people who live in the sector. It’s a quiet building for the most part, except for the times when parents are dropping off or picking up their kids from the school. We have a routine that involves a lot of phone calls and a fair amount of paperwork that needs to be organized. We don't use any fancy software or big corporate systems; we just keep things in our ledgers and on our computers like anyone else would. Being in Sector 3 for so long has given us a good sense of the community here. We are just a small group of people working together to handle local real estate matters in a way that makes sense for everyone.
