We’ve been here at Plot No 352 in Shalimar Garden for a while now. Most people know the spot because it’s right near Good Living Furniture. We’re in Shop No G 5/6, tucked away in Extension 1. It’s not a fancy office, just a place where we sit and talk to people about houses and land around Sahibabad. The traffic outside can get a bit loud during the afternoons, but that’s just how things are in this part of town. We usually have the door open when the weather is nice. A lot of folks stop by just to ask about what’s moving in the neighborhood or what the current prices look like. We don’t have a big team or anything, just a few of us who know these streets pretty well. If you’re walking past the furniture shop, you’ll see our sign. We spend most of our mornings looking over paperwork or taking calls from people looking for a flat nearby. It’s steady work. Sometimes the chai guy comes by and we take a break. We’ve seen how Shalimar Garden has changed over the years, with new shops opening up and more people moving into the extensions. It’s a busy little corner of Sahibabad. We just try to keep things simple and help out whoever walks through the door with honest information about the local area. No big speeches, just regular talk about property and where things are headed.
