Prop Home Private Limited

Our office is tucked away in T1-164 inside Palm Olympia, right in the middle of Sector-16C in Greater Noida West. It’s a residential area, so it feels more like a neighborhood than a business district. Prop Home Private Limited operates out of here because it puts us close to the actual buildings we work with. The walk from the main gate takes a few minutes, past the parks and the kids playing. Inside, things are fairly basic. We have a few laptops, some files, and enough chairs for visitors. The air conditioner usually makes a bit of a rattling noise, but we’ve stopped noticing it. People come by to talk about houses or ask about property papers. We don’t have a receptionist, so whoever is closest to the door usually gets up to help. Greater Noida West is constantly growing, and you can hear construction noise in the distance almost every day. It’s a busy environment but we keep our office calm. We spend a lot of time explaining the same things over and over to different people, which is just part of the job. Sometimes we sit out on the small balcony if the weather is nice and the wind isn't too dusty. It’s just a small group of us trying to keep things moving. We don't use much fancy tech, just what’s needed to get the paperwork sorted.
