Our office is at R-25 in Sector 12, Pratap Vihar. It Research India Pvt. Ltd. is located in Vakil Colony, which is right near the police station. It’s a decent neighborhood, though the roads get a bit jammed during the morning rush hour. We focus on IT research and data work here. Most of our day is spent at our desks looking at monitors and trying to make sense of different information. We aren't a big, flashy firm with a lot of staff. The office has some old furniture and there are stacks of papers and books on most surfaces. We’ve been in this part of Pratap Vihar for a long time. It’s usually quiet enough for us to get our work done without too many distractions. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait for the generator to start up, which is just part of the routine here. We don't have many people just walking in because our work is a bit specific and not for everyone. Most of our talking is done over the phone or through emails. The team is small, and we’ve all worked together for a while. We usually stop for tea in the afternoon and just chat for a bit. It’s a simple way to spend the day. The building isn't hard to find if you know the area near the station. We like being in a place that feels more like a home than a big glass office building.
