We are located in the One Mart Mall over in Sector 6, Vasundhara. It’s a pretty busy area of Ghaziabad, right there at Gh-10. Prashar Buildwell Private Limited has been around for a while, working on different building projects in the city. Being in a mall makes it easy for people to find us, though the parking can be a bit of a headache on the weekends. We handle various types of construction and buildwell services. It’s mostly just us trying to keep up with the demand for housing and shops in this part of town. We don’t put on airs or pretend to be some giant company from the city center. We’re just local people who understand how things work in Ghaziabad. Sometimes the regulations change or the supply of bricks gets tight, but we just deal with it as it happens. Our team isn't very big, but we’re consistent. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and talking to contractors. Most of our days are spent between the mall office and the actual construction sites. It’s a lot of walking and a lot of talking to get things right. We like being based in 201012 because it’s close to everything we need. We don't use any fancy sales pitches. If someone needs something built, we tell them what it will cost and how long it’ll take, and then we just get to work and do the job.
