We have been running things from Vaishali in Ghaziabad for a while now. Our place is on the first floor of III-F-947, right in the thick of the local market area. Vaishali is always crowded. There is constant noise outside, which you just get used to after a week or two. Getting up to the first floor can be a bit of a hike if you’re carrying heavy gear, but it is a good spot once you are through the door. We spend our time on systems and solutions. Mostly, that means fixing things that broke or setting up new stuff for people who need it. It’s not a fancy job. We don't wear suits. Usually, it's just jeans and old t-shirts because we spend a lot of time on the floor checking cables and power units. The team is small. We talk across the room instead of using fancy apps. It gets a bit cluttered with all the wires and spare parts lying around, but we know where everything is kept. Ghaziabad traffic is a nightmare, so we’re happy to have a central location that is easy to find. We just keep our heads down and get the work done. Some days are long, but that is just how it goes when you’re running your own show. We hope the power stays on and the internet keeps running so we can finish our tasks without too much trouble.
