Pioneer Urban Land Infrastructure Ltd

Pioneer Urban Land Infrastructure Ltd is based out of an apartment in Ghaziabad. We are at 141, Shree Krishna Appt, in Sector 6, Vasundhara. It is not your typical big glass office building like you see in the movies. Instead, we work out of this residential space which makes things feel a bit more grounded and personal for us. We deal with land and infrastructure projects, which usually means a lot of paperwork and meetings with different people from the city. Our office is often filled with maps, blueprints, and various documents spread out over the desks. It can look a bit messy to an outsider, but we know where everything is located. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites, but this apartment is where all the actual planning happens. Being in Vasundhara is convenient because it is a well-connected part of Ghaziabad for travel. We have been operating from this location for several years now. We do not have a big marketing department or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people we have worked with before or through local connections we have made in the industry. We just try to handle each project with a bit of common sense and a lot of hard work. Sometimes the neighbors in the building pop by just to say hello. It is a quiet place to work, which is good when you have to go through technical drawings.
