We have been at Flat G 3 here in Vaishali for a good while now. It is a pretty busy spot in Ghaziabad but we like the energy of the area. Pioneer Consulting Engineers Pvt Ltd is basically just a small team of us handling different engineering jobs. Most days we are buried in drawings or technical reports. Our office is at 4 335 and it is easy enough to find once you know the street. People come to us when they need some technical advice on their building projects. We do not do anything fancy or over the top, just the work that is required for the project to move forward. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic with deadlines and all that, but that is just how this business goes. Most of our clients are locals or from around the city. We have kept things simple over the years. We do not have big corporate offices, just this ground floor space where we get stuff done. If you walk past the flat you might see us through the window working away at our desks. It is not a huge operation but we know what we are doing with the engineering side of things. Ghaziabad is growing fast so there is always some project happening near 4 335. We just stick to our corner and keep the consulting side moving along. It is a practical way to run things and it seems to suit everyone fine.
