It’s a busy neighborhood, and there’s always something going on outside our doors, honestly. We spend most of our time out on calls or sitting here coordinating service trips. The walls are covered in schedules and maps because that’s how we keep track of things. We aren't some big corporate entity with a fancy reception desk. It’s more of a place where tools are kept and phones are always ringing. The traffic in Ghaziabad can be a nightmare, so we spend a lot of time checking watches and hoping the vans make it to the next site on time. We do a lot of maintenance and technical work, so our hands aren't always clean. It’s honest, physical work that keeps the buildings around here running. We don't have a mission statement on the wall; we just have a list of what needs fixing today. Sometimes we get behind because a job was harder than we thought, but we try to be fair about it.
