Perfect Point

You can find Perfect Point at 116 Arcade in Mahagunpuram. It’s a decent-sized spot in the arcade area. We’ve been here for a bit now, and most of the locals know where we are. Mahagunpuram is a busy residential complex, so the arcade gets a lot of foot traffic in the evenings. Our shop isn't very large, but we make use of the space we have. We keep our shelves stocked and try to keep things tidy, though it gets cluttered when new stock arrives. We spend most of the day talking to people who walk in and helping them find what they need. It’s a regular shop life, really. We open up in the morning, sweep the floor, and get ready for the day. There are two of us who usually run the place. We don't have a big corporate strategy or anything. We just try to be helpful when someone asks a question. Sometimes the AC doesn't work right and it gets a bit warm in here, but we manage. The arcade has a lot of other shops too, so there is always some noise and activity around. We like being part of the community here. Most of our customers live in the flats nearby, so we see the same faces quite often. It’s a simple business and we like it that way. We just keep doing what we do every day without making it complicated. Most days we close up around nine at night.
