Penta Water Technology Pvt Ltd is located over in Rajendra Nagar, specifically in Sector-5 at C-101. It’s a decent area, and we’ve been based here for a good while. We mostly deal with water stuff, as you can probably tell from the name. The office isn't anything fancy to look at, just a place where we get our work done and keep our records. We have a few technicians who are usually out on their bikes most of the day visiting houses nearby. When the monsoon hits, the phones start ringing a lot because everyone starts worrying about their drinking water again. We understand that because we live around here too. People mostly find out about us from their neighbors or by seeing our small board when they are walking past C-101. It’s a quiet way to run a business, but it suits us. We’ve seen a lot of other shops come and go in Rajendra Nagar over the years, but we just keep doing our thing with the water systems. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy enough. We try to be fair with everyone who walks in, and usually, they appreciate that we don't use a lot of big words or technical talk. It’s just a normal local business trying to do things the right way every day.
