A R Ro Service

Our shop is located on Bulandshahr Road in Mussoorie. Most of the time we are out on our scooters going from one house to another. Dealing with RO systems around here is constant because the water can be quite hard on the machines. We spend a lot of time cleaning out filters and checking pipes. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s what we know how to do. The area around Bulandshahr Road gets quite dusty, so we are always wiping down our tools. We started this service because there was a need for someone local who could show up quickly when a machine stopped working. We aren't a big company with a call center or anything like that. When you call, you usually talk to one of us directly. We keep a stock of basic spare parts in the shop so we don't have to wait for deliveries from elsewhere. The traffic on the main road can be a bit much sometimes, which delays us, but we try to manage. People in Mussoorie know us by now. We just handle the repairs and the regular maintenance stuff. It is straightforward work. We don't use any high-tech tracking, just a notebook where we write down the addresses and what needs fixing. It works for us and for the neighbors who need their water filters looked at. We don't mind the long hours as long as we can get everyone's units running again before the day ends.
