Our place is at 1/770 in Sector 1 of Vasundhara, Ghaziabad. If you are familiar with the area, you know it’s a residential spot with a lot of growth. Peak Alliance Realheights LLP is a small outfit. We focus on real estate around this part of Ghaziabad and the 201012 area. It’s a simple office, really just a room where we can sit down and talk about property. There’s no big signage or anything that looks too corporate. We are just local folks who know the land and the houses around here. Most of our work is done on the phone or walking around the neighborhoods. We like the Vasundhara area because it feels like a community. Our staff lives nearby, so we aren't just working here, we are part of the place. Sometimes we get busy and the office is empty because we are all out showing people around or checking on a site. It’s not a flashy life, but it’s what we do. We don't have a big marketing budget or any of that. Most of the people who come to us heard about us from someone else. It’s all very word-of-mouth. We try to be honest about what we see in the market. It’s just us trying to make a living and helping people find what they need in this part of Uttar Pradesh. It gets pretty humid here in the summer, but we just keep the fans going and keep working through the day.
