Parkom Builders Private Limited is based in Ghaziabad. Our office is at C-841 in the Nandgram area. We have been doing construction work in this part of Uttar Pradesh for several years now. Ghaziabad is growing so fast, and it seems like there is a new project starting on every corner. We handle a lot of different types of building work. It’s a hands-on business, and we don't spend much time sitting in a fancy office. Most days, you’ll find us on a site, talking to the guys and making sure the materials have arrived. We don't have a marketing team or any polished slogans. We just talk to people directly and tell them what’s possible. Nandgram is a good place for us because we are close to our suppliers and our workers. Building things can be a real challenge with all the regulations and the changing costs of things like steel and cement. We just take it day by day and try to solve whatever problems come up. We aren't a big, cold corporation. We’re a local business and we care about the work we leave behind. Most of our clients come to us because they’ve seen our other buildings in the area. We just focus on doing a decent job and keeping the business running smoothly in Ghaziabad. It’s a tough trade, but we enjoy seeing the buildings go up.
