Parhit Builders & Developers Private Limited is based in the Sumangalam Building, specifically at F 475 in Raj Nagar. If you know Raj Nagar, you know it has its own pace. Our office is tucked away in the building, and it’s a pretty busy place most of the time. We have stacks of files and blueprints everywhere you look. It isn't the most organized office in the world, but we know where everything is, mostly. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or meeting with people who stop by the building. There is always a lot of noise coming from the street, and the building itself can get quite active with all the other offices around us. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards and the local tea sellers all know our names. It feels like being part of a big, messy family sometimes. We don't go in for flashy marketing or trying to sound more important than we are. We are just a team of people trying to build things and keep our projects moving forward. Some days are long and we stay late at F 475 just to catch up on things. It’s not always easy, and sometimes things go wrong, but we just deal with it as it comes. It is a very practical way to run a business, and it suits us just fine. No fancy mission statements are needed.
