Pankaj Nailwal

I am Pankaj Nailwal, and you can find me at B-509 in the Double Storey buildings over in Brij Vihar, Ghaziabad. It is a residential area, so it is a bit quieter than the main city center, which I like. My office is basically just a room in my place that I have dedicated to work. I have lived around here for a while, and I decided to set up my own thing under my name. It is not a corporate office with glass walls or a coffee machine in the corner. It is just me, a laptop, and a few stacks of folders that I really should organize better. I handle everything from the initial phone calls to the final details myself. Sometimes my neighbor’s kids are playing outside and it gets a bit noisy, but that is just part of working from home in Ghaziabad. I do not use a lot of business talk because it feels fake. I just tell people what I can do and then I try to get it done. The commute is just a walk across the hallway, which saves me a lot of stress. I spend a lot of time on my computer, and I try to keep things moving along as best as I can. It is a modest setup, and I am fine with that. I do not need a lot of bells and whistles to do my job. Just a quiet space and enough time to focus on the tasks at hand each day.
