Palki Beauty Parlour

Palki Beauty Parlour is set up in a residential style since we are located at P No 718, Flat No 102 in Vaishali Sector 5, Ghaziabad. We are right on the main road and near the GDA Market, which is very convenient for anyone living around here. Being in a flat gives the parlour a more private and home-like feeling compared to the shops on the ground floor. We have a couple of rooms dedicated to different treatments. The balcony looks out towards the market area, so we can see the hustle and bustle while we work in the quiet of the apartment. It is mostly me and one other person handling everything from hair coloring to bridal makeup. Because we are in Sector 5, we get a lot of regulars from the nearby flats who just walk over in their slippers. We keep the place clean and try to make it as comfortable as possible with a few chairs and some simple decorations. The 201010 area is quite developed now, but we still remember when it was much quieter. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that; we just answer the phone ourselves and manage the bookings as they come. It is a small-scale operation, but it keeps us busy enough throughout the week. People like coming here because it feels less like a business and more like visiting a neighbor's home. We usually have the curtains drawn to keep the afternoon sun out.
