Our office is located out on the Delhi Meerut Road at Plot No 24, New Arya Nagar. Being right on the main road means we see a lot of action. There are trucks passing by at all hours, and the noise is just part of the background for us now. We’ve been at this plot for a good amount of time. It’s a large enough space for what we need, though it gets quite dusty with all the traffic kicking up dirt from the road. We spend our time checking the logs and making sure the transport is on schedule. It’s not always easy, especially with the congestion on the Meerut road. Sometimes things are running late and we have to explain that to whoever is waiting. We don’t use any polished marketing speak; we just tell it like it is. The office is a bit worn down, but it’s functional. We have a few chairs for visitors and a lot of cabinets for the old records. Most days are just a cycle of loading, unloading, and paperwork. It’s a tough business sometimes, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the highway. People in New Arya Nagar know us as the guys who are always there, dealing with the vehicles. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
