Octivious Design & Build (Opc) Privatelimited is a small operation run out of Adarsh Colony in Sudamapuri. We’re located at House Number 67/5 on Plot Number 18. It’s a local Ghaziabad business, and we’ve been part of this community for some time now. We handle both the designing and the building parts of a project, which usually means our days are split between a computer screen and a dusty construction site. It’s an OPC, so it's a bit more personal than those big firms you see in the city center. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby with free coffee. It’s just us working through projects one by one. Being in Sudamapuri allows us to stay grounded and keep our overheads low, which is how we like it. The 201001 zip code is home to us. Sometimes we’re out late making sure a wall is straight or a pipe is right. We don’t claim to be the biggest or the fanciest, just people who know how to put a building together from start to finish.
