Nucleus Software

We are located in Sf 21 of the Siddhivinayak Apartments in Indirapuram. It’s a bit different working out of an apartment building compared to a big office tower, but we actually like it. It feels a bit more like home. At Nucleus Software, we’ve set up our workstations where the living and dining areas would usually be. It gets plenty of light during the day, which is nice. Ghaziabad can get quite hot in the summer, so we’re always fussing with the air conditioning units to keep it cool enough to work. We aren't a big team, so we end up knowing a lot about each other's lives. We share the same space, the same snacks, and sometimes the same frustrations when a project gets complicated. There’s a lot of back and forth between the desks when we’re trying to solve a bug. It’s not very formal here; sometimes people work in their slippers. We don't have a fancy sign outside, just a small one near the door. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep things relatively quiet. Getting deliveries can be a bit tricky because the couriers sometimes get lost in the apartment blocks, but we usually just meet them downstairs. It’s a grounded way to run a software business without all the unnecessary bells and whistles that bigger companies seem to love.
