Our office at 210 13 Vasundhra is where we spend most of our daylight hours. Being in Ghaziabad means we’re used to the local pace of things. At Nucleus Software, we don't have any big speeches or flashy posters on the walls. Most of the wall space is actually taken up by whiteboards covered in scribbles that only half of us understand. It’s a practical setup. The building itself is pretty standard for this part of UP. We’ve got some desks pushed together to make more room and a small pantry where the fridge makes a weird humming noise. We usually bring lunch from home and eat together while talking about whatever was on TV the night before. It’s not the kind of place you’d see in a magazine, but it works for what we do. The commute can be a bit of a pain depending on the weather, but we’re used to it by now. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay out of the way of any drama. If a client calls, we answer and try to fix the problem as fast as we can. There’s no secret formula to it, just staying at the desk until the job is done. We’ve been at this address for a bit, so the locals know us. It’s just a regular group of people doing tech work.
