Nucleus Software Exports Ltd

Our spot is at Flat B 4, Plot B 52 in Extension 2 of Shalimar Garden. It’s right in Sahibabad, which is part of Ghaziabad. Nucleus Software Exports Ltd operates out of this residential-style building, which makes the whole workday feel a bit more relaxed than if we were in a cold glass building. We’ve got our computers set up in a few different rooms. It can get a bit cramped when we’re all here at once, but we make it work. The walls are painted a plain off-white, and there are a few plants near the window that someone remembers to water once a week. We don't have a professional cleaning crew coming in every night, so we usually take turns tidying up the kitchen area ourselves. It’s a very hands-on way to run a company. Most of the people working here have been around for years, so we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. We don't have any fancy mission statements or slogans. We just get the software exports ready and deal with whatever technical issues pop up. The power goes out occasionally, like it does in this part of UP, but we have a backup to keep things going. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to do a decent job every day without making a big deal out of it.
