We’re located in Windsor Park, specifically at I-122 in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. If you’ve ever been to this part of Uttar Pradesh, you know it’s a big residential hub. Novnex Corporation Private Limited is tucked away inside the society, which makes for a very different kind of work environment. It’s quiet most of the morning, then gets lively when school ends and people come home. Our office is a bit crowded because we have a lot of equipment packed into a small space. There are cables everywhere, and we always seem to be running out of shelf space for all the manuals and spare parts. We spend our days troubleshooting and working on different systems. It’s not glamorous work, but it keeps us busy and we like the rhythm of it. We often end up ordering food from the local shops in Indirapuram because nobody wants to cook after a long day of staring at code. We don’t have a corporate dress code; half the time we’re in t-shirts and flip-flops. We’re just a group of people who are really into tech and decided to make a business out of it. We don't put on airs or try to act like we’re bigger than we are. We just take care of the tasks that come across our desks and try to stay organized enough to find our pens when we need them.
