You can find us at Cottage Number 8 in Shipra Sun City, which is in the Indrapuram area of Ghaziabad. Being in a cottage instead of a high-rise building makes the workday feel a lot different. There is a bit of a garden area outside, and it is generally much quieter than the main roads in Ghaziabad. We moved into this spot at Noesis Strategic Consulting because we wanted a place that didn't feel so cramped. Inside, it’s mostly open rooms that we’ve converted into workspaces. The walls are a bit plain, and we have a lot of bookshelves filled with old reports and reference materials. It is a comfortable place to work, especially when the weather is nice and we can leave the door open for some fresh air. Shipra Sun City is a big complex, so we often walk around the pathways during our break time. We don’t have a receptionist; usually, whoever is closest to the door just gets up to see who it is. Our team is small, and we’ve all known each other for a long time, so the atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We just handle the consulting tasks as they come in. It’s a very practical setup without any corporate polish. We like the fact that it feels more like a home office than a big industrial site or a crowded downtown block.
