We operate out of Okhla Village in Basti, Uttar Pradesh. It’s a different pace of life here compared to the big cities. Our office is a straightforward place where we handle our associate work. We don't have fancy signs or a big lobby. It’s mostly just us sitting around a table or at our desks getting through the tasks of the day. The village has a nice feel to it, and we know most of the people who live nearby. Being in Basti means we are away from the main rush, which we actually prefer. The work we do is practical and we try to keep things simple. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated processes. If something needs to be done, we just do it. Sometimes the weather makes things a bit slow, especially when it rains hard, but we manage. Our team is small and we’ve worked together for a long time now. We enjoy the quiet moments in the morning before things get busy. It’s a good spot for us. We aren't looking to expand into some giant corporation; we just want to keep doing our work right here in the village where we feel comfortable. There is a lot of green around us and the air is a bit better than in the city. We have a small window that looks out onto the main path, so we see everyone walking by. It’s a nice way to spend the workday and stay grounded.
