Niyansh Real Estate Developers Private Limited is located in the O-404 unit of Aditya Mega City. That’s in Indirapuram, over in Ghaziabad. Working out of a big complex like this means things stay pretty fast. We deal with property and real estate stuff every day. Usually, it's a lot of back and forth between different offices and the sites we are looking at. The traffic in Ghaziabad is always a mess, so we spend a lot of time just getting from one place to another. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of employees. It's a few of us trying to get things sorted for people looking for a place to stay or invest. Dealing with builders and contractors takes up most of our morning. We’ve seen the Vaibhav Khand area grow so much lately. It used to be much quieter than it is now. Sometimes we have people coming in with a lot of questions about documents or land titles. We just sit down and go through it with them as best as we can. It isn't always perfect, but we try to be honest about how long things take. Construction is slow sometimes and we can't really change that. We just keep our office running and stay focused on the tasks we have for the week. It’s regular work and we like being part of the local scene here in the city.
