Nishchit Cram Llp

Our workspace is up in B 1001 of the Eldeco Apartments in Sector 4, Vaishali. Being in a high-rise like this is a bit different than having a shop on the street. You have to go through the main gate, talk to the security, and then take the lift up to the tenth floor. It gives us a pretty good view of the surrounding part of Vaishali. The apartment itself has been converted into our office for Nishchit Cram Llp. It still feels like a home in many ways. We use the bedrooms as separate offices and the main hall is where we have our meetings or just sit and chat. It’s a bit quieter up here than it is on the ground level. We don't get the street noise as much, which is nice when we’re trying to concentrate. The kitchen is always stocked with tea and biscuits because that’s what keeps us going. We’ve been here for some time now. The neighbors in Eldeco are mostly families, so we try to keep things low-key and not make too much noise in the hallways. It’s a professional enough setup but without that cold, corporate vibe. We like the fact that we can see the skyline of Ghaziabad from our window. It’s just a regular apartment where we happen to run our business and spend our working hours.
