NHR BUILDCON LLP

We have our office set up in D-202, Sector-10, over in Noida. It’s a good location for us because we can get to projects in both Noida and Ghaziabad without too much trouble. We are an LLP, which is just a way of saying we are a partnership of people who like to build things. We aren't a huge corporation with layers of management. If you call us, you are probably going to talk to one of the people who actually visits the sites. We spend a lot of time in our cars, driving between different construction spots. The office is where we go to deal with the bills and the legal stuff, which is the part of the job we like the least. We would much rather be out seeing the walls go up. We handle the usual construction work, from the foundation to the finishing. We try to be practical about everything. If a project is going to be delayed because of the rain or a shortage of cement, we just tell people. We don't see any point in sugarcoating things. Most of our workers are people we have known for a long time. They are hard workers who don't need much supervision. We aren't trying to be the most famous builders in Uttar Pradesh, just the ones who do a reliable job every day for a fair price. We just stay busy.
