Newgen Software Technologies

Our spot is over at Jack 3 9 in the Windsor Apartments. It’s right there in Shipra Suncity. Being near the Noida Electronic City metro makes things easier for some of the staff, though Indrapuram traffic is its own beast. Newgen Software Technologies is tucked away here. It’s a bit of a mix between a residential feel and an office environment. We have our computers set up and there is usually a stack of papers somewhere that needs filing. The light in the afternoon gets a bit bright, so we keep the blinds down mostly. It’s not a big corporate tower, just a place where we sit down and get into the technical stuff. We deal with software, so there’s a lot of talk about servers and updates. Often, we are just troubleshooting things that didn’t go right the first time. It’s quiet work mostly. You can hear the neighbors sometimes or the sounds from the street outside. We’ve been at this address for a bit, and we know the local chai stall pretty well. Work is steady. We don't have a big reception area or anything. You just walk in and see people working. It feels like a real workplace because it is one. Sometimes the internet slows down and we all groan at once. It’s just how it is. We keep our heads down and try to get the tasks finished by Friday.
