Our office is at 3/1, Sector-5 in Rajendra Nagar, which is part of Sahibabad in the Ghaziabad district. Netconnect Golobal Pvt. Limited (Ibm) is the name on our ID badges. It’s a bit of a mouthful, but we just call it the office. This area of India is pretty industrial and busy. We are tucked away in Sector-5. The building is a standard block, nothing special to look at. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of computers and people on phones. We deal with a lot of technical stuff every day. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s what we do. The commute can be a bit of a pain with the Ghaziabad traffic, but we’re used to it by now. We don't have a big cafeteria or a gym. We usually just bring our lunch or go to the local stalls. The team is a mix of people from all over. We don't talk much about big company visions. It’s a practical location for us. We just keep our heads down and get through the week. It’s a steady rhythm here. Some of the fans make a bit of noise, and the desks are a bit scratched up, but it works fine for us. We just get on with it and go home when the shift ends.
