Our place is Shop Number 9 on the upper ground floor of Reliance Plaza. It’s in Vasundhara, specifically the 4B/1D section. Being in a plaza means there is always something going on around us. You have people coming and going for all sorts of errands, which makes the day go by faster. Nephcea Healthcare Private Limited is tucked right in there among the other shops. It’s not a massive space, but it’s enough for our desks and the equipment we need. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working on the computer. It gets a bit noisy in the hallway during lunch breaks, but we don't mind the energy. We aren't some polished firm from a skyscraper. We’re shop owners, basically. We deal with the same stuff every other local business deals with—rent, electricity, and making sure the door lock works right. People drop by sometimes just to ask questions about healthcare services. We do our best to give them a straight answer without all the jargon. It’s a practical way to run things. We like being in Vasundhara because everything we need is right within walking distance. If the internet goes down, we just walk over to the next shop to see if they have the same problem. It’s a community feel, and we’re glad to be a part of it. We just keep things moving.
