We are over at Ke 53 in Kavi Nagar. If you are in Ghaziabad, you probably know the area. It’s a decent part of the U.P. and we’ve been part of the community here for a long time. This isn't one of those giant hospitals where you get lost for hours trying to find the right door. We keep things a bit more local here. The building at 201002 is where we do our daily work. It feels a bit like a second home because we spend so many hours here. People from the neighborhood stop in when they aren't feeling well or need a checkup. We have the usual stuff you’d expect—chairs in the waiting area, some old magazines that nobody really reads, and the smell of cleaning supplies. It’s a practical place. We don't have fancy waterfalls in the lobby or anything like that. We just focus on the people who walk through the door. Sometimes it’s busy and the wait is a little longer than we’d like, but we try our best to keep up with the crowd. The staff knows a lot of the patients by their first names. It’s just how things go when you’ve been in the same spot for years. We handle the paperwork, talk to the doctors, and make sure everything is running okay for the next day. It's just simple, honest medical work.
